This Turkey Bolognese Spaghetti Sauce is so rich and thick. It has a deep red color and it's loaded with flavor.  It can be ready in 30 minutes or you can let it simmer a little longer to get more garlic flavor infusion. Absolutely a family favorite!

Ground Turkey:
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 lean ground turkey
 2 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 salt to season
 pepper to season
Spaghetti Sauce:
 228 cans of crushed tomatoes
 26 cans of tomato paste
 2.50 cups water
 34 whole garlic cloves (peeled)
 4 tbsp dried oregano
 2 tbsp onion powder
 4 tbsp garlic powder
 3 tbsp MonkSweet+
 1 tsp coarse, kosher salt
 1 tsp black pepper
The Rest:
 1 lb spaghetti
 parmesan cheese
 parsley (finely chopped)
Ground Turkey:

Heat oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium-high heat.

Turn the heat up to high and add ground turkey and seasonings, breaking it up as you go, until browned.

Spaghetti Sauce:

In a large, heavy stockpot, add the tomato paste and water and whisk it all together well, then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together.

Let the sauce come to a boil. Cover and let simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

While the sauce is simmering during the last 10-12 minutes, you can boil your pasta according to the directions. (remove garlic cloves unless you like to eat them)

Drain spaghetti and transfer to plates with spaghetti sauce on top, with your favorite seasons, like Parmesan, fresh parsley, and or red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper as needed.

Or you can mix it all together and serve with the extras.
