Chimichurri steak sauce is a South American herb sauce that is usually served with beef steak. It’s quick and easy to put together in the food processor, and adds fresh green flavor to any ketogenic dish.

 1 cup fresh cilantro
 1 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
 2 spigs fresh oregano
 2 garlic cloves
 2 tbsp white or red wine vinegar
 0.50 tsp chili pepper flakes
 0.50 cup Guy Gone Keto MCT Oil
 salt & pepper, to taste

Place cilantro, parsley, garlic, vinegar, oregano, and chili pepper flakes in food processor; pulse until finely chopped.

Add MCT Oil in a thin stream and process until smooth. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.

Serve with your favorite steak. Store leftover chimichurri steak sauce in the refrigerator covered, up to 1 week.
