With school in session and everyone revving up to wake early in the morning, I thought that some peanut butter Keto fudge bars would be the perfect thing to share with everyone. These bars are fantastic to pack in a lunchbox for either school or work, and they double as an extremely tasty dessert.

 0.50 cup peanut butter
 0.50 cup butter
 2 tbsp coconut cream
 0.50 cup Steviva Blend (sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar)
 0.67 cup chocolate whey protein powder
 2 tbsp cacao powder

In a small saucepan, melt the coconut cream, butter, and peanut butter.

Add remaining Steviva Blend and allow to dissolve.

Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a small pan.

Chill until set, or freeze for about an hour.

Cut into pieces. Store in refrigerator.
