Coconut Cranberry Breakfast Bars with no added sugar, all natural, and low glycemic. These are the perfect breakfast food! Enjoy with your favorite milk of choice!

 4 large eggs
 1 cup half and half (or whole milk)
 1 cup water
 3 tsp vanilla
 0.50 tsp vanilla protein powder
 1 cup almond flour (ground almonds)
 1 cup Fructevia or Steviva Blend
 1 cup unsweetened coconut
 0.50 cup unsweetened cranberries

Place all ingredients into a large bowl.

Stir until well combined.

Pour into a greased (I use Pam) 9x13" casserole dish.

I sprinkle Fructevia sweetened coconut on top, also.

Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350°F until golden brown.

I don’t get the purpose of only 1/2

    Please verify only 0.5 TEASPOONS of vanilla protein powder. What’s its purpose in such a small amount?
